Online

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For all online purchases only, you may receive a full refund if the product is returned within 10 days from the day of delivery, in original condition, accompanied by your sales receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned from within the United States. All pieces that are eligible for a return or exchange must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, saleable condition. Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your item within 5 business days and issue the refund in the same form of payment as the purchase was made. For your return to be approved, you must adhere to the conditions above. Boston Diamond Company reserves the right not to accept an item if any of the above conditions are not met, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, saleable condition. All of our Boston Diamond Company pieces come with a merchandise tag and the merchandise tag must be attached and unaltered in any way.

Exclusions Online and In-Store:

Bridal, personalized pieces (including engravings), special orders, non-jewelry accessories, sized items, sale items that have been marked down, and made to order pieces, are final sale with no exceptions. All custom orders, as well as pre-orders, are final sale. All Antique & Estate merchandise is sold "as is" and is final sale.

In-Store:

All in-store purchases can be exchanged or issued a merchandise store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) returned must be unworn, and in original condition, accompanied by the original sales slip, tags, and packaging. Merchandise store credit never expires. Merchandise tags must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, saleable condition

Custom Orders:

Custom and Special orders are final sale with no exceptions. Deposits on all custom and special orders are non-refundable. All balances on custom orders must be paid within 30 days of the item's completion. If the unpaid balance is not paid within 30 days, the order will be cancelled. Upon cancellation of your order, the deposit will not be refunded, and the item will be forfeited and considered abandoned.

Shipping:

Our insured FedEx shipping label can be used at the customer's expense. Discounted shipping rates will be applied to ensure you have the lowest shipping rate. If an order is sent to us using an alternate shipping service, we will not accept liability and cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We kindly request that your exchange be sent back to us, secured, with FedEx packaging.

Approval:

Return Process Steps:

Please follow the below instructions:

  • 1. Email sales@bostondiamond.com
  • 2.Indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an even product exchange for a different size or color.
  • 3. You will receive an email with a link to print your FedEx label.
  • 4. All returns must be scanned in at a FedEx location within 24 hours days of receiving your label.
  • 5. Bring the package to a FedEx location as your package must be scanned.
  • 6.Collect your FedEx drop-off receipt (we do not accept returns via a FedEx drop box).
  • 7. Once received, our team will inspect your return within 5 business days and if approved, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see this in your account), send out your new product, or put your item into production.
