Do you offer ring sizing and engraving?

Yes, we do offer ring resizing and engraving

I did not receive my confirmation email, can you send it to me?

If you did not receive your email, please email or give us a call at (617) 263-6447 and we will kindly provide this information.

What is the appointment process like?

Once you fill out the form in the 'Contact Us' section of the website, we will reach out to set up your initial appointment which is held in our private Bridal Showroom.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do offer local pickup! Once you place your order, you will receive a direct email from us that will include your estimated pick up date and time. Orders will typically be ready for pick up within 2 days.

Shipping and Processing

How long will it take for my order to process?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your online order to be processed. Once your order is processed we will ship your purchase based on the preference chosen at checkout.

Once my order ships, when will I receive it?

We offer 1-2 Day fully insured shipping. Signature is required for all insured packages upon arrival

Will my package be insured?

All of our packages are insured. Packages starting at $300 and above require a signature upon arrival.


Do you accept returns?

You may return your product and receive store credit within 7 business days from the day of purchase. All items must be returned or exchanged from within the United States to be eligible.

Are any of your pieces final sale?

Any item that is on sale is Final Sale and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Can I return a piece that has been customized?

If your piece was customized in any way then it is not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to: resizing, engraving, custom pieces.

Can I return a piece that has been taken to another jeweler?

If your Boston Diamond Company piece was taken to a third party jeweler that is not Boston Diamond Company, our warranty for your purchase expires and it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
